SHIPPING METHODS
The available shipping methods are:

– Shipping by courier with charges as described below:
> For shipments within Arta, the charge is €4 (with VAT) for parcels up to 3 kg. For parcels over 3 kg, there is a surcharge of €0.6 (including VAT) per kg.
> For deliveries in the countryside the charge is €4 (with VAT) for parcels up to 3 kg. For parcels over 3 kg, there is a surcharge of €0.7 (VAT included) per kg.
> There is a charge of €3 (VAT included) for sending by courier with cash on delivery payment method.
Product delivery time:
The estimated delivery time of the products depends on their availability.
> For products that say ‘in stock’, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days for the province
> For products marked ¨made to order¨ the estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 working days.
The company bears no responsibility for delays in the execution of orders due to force majeure. In case of concurrence of events.
Orders are processed in three to five business days at the latest. The progress of the delivery process can be monitored through the online store.
