METHODS OF ORDERING

You can order products in 3 ways:

  1. By putting the products in the shopping cart and following the step-by-step process of the online order .
  2. By phone at (+30) 2681 302472, during the hours from 09:00-21:00 throughout the week.
  3. By sending an email to ekklisiastikapappas@hotmail.com, writing full contact information (LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, BILLING AND RECEIVER ADDRESS, CONTACT PHONE, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING METHOD)

 

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. COLLECTION FROM THE STORE

You can pick up and pay for your order at our physical store, Agios Vassiliou 2, Arta

 

  1. PAYMENT WITH COD upon delivery to your place.

With the cash on delivery system, you are given the option to pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your place. The delivery of your order is made with the cooperating courier company for deliveries throughout Greece. The cost of cash on delivery is €3.00.

 

  1. PAYMENT BY DEPOSIT INTO A BANK ACCOUNT

You can pay for any order, regardless of shipping method, by direct deposit to any of our bank accounts below.

  1. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

You can pay for any online order directly using your credit card. After completing your order, and if you choose to pay by credit card, you will automatically be transferred to the secure environment of the bank partnering with our site . Complete your payment there by securely entering your credit card details.

 

INVOICING

You have the possibility to request either the issuance of a simple retail receipt, if you are an individual, or the issuance of an Invoice, if you are a self-employed person or a Company of any legal form. All our receipts, since they are also proof of the warranty of the product you are purchasing, are nominal.

All payments made using a card are processed through Piraeus Bank’s electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol ( Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key

 

To issue an invoice, the company’s tax information is required, i.e. A.F.M., D.O.Y. , Accounting Name and distinctive title, Address, Profession and telephone.
